Pavement

From the Pavement we’re stepping elsewhere. It’s not a place to dwell in, it’s a place to pass through swiftly, or slowly, to reach another destination. Whether going home, to the woods, or to drive the road, pavement is a place you pause on to get your bearings. Pick your door and if you dislike it, pick another one, even if it’s exit. Not all roads are meant for all travelers but they are always open to travel if you change your mind.

By the pavement different vehicles are parked by the side of the road ready to take in passengers. Pick your driver and state your destination. Be it Trailers, Navigators, Trenchers, Scavengers, Hunters, or Judges, they will be careful drivers but as a passenger you may skip over avenues you find distasteful and exit at any station of your choosing even stopping the ride mid-road to find you own way back.

In each instance, hopefully your journey wasn’t a waste of time and that some memories and lessons will stay with you to help you navigate the journey through the world we call life.
